Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Please take video while opening the item to prove damage. Change of heart has no returns since these items are handmade. 

Eligible Items

Most items are eligible for return, with the following exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely and include the return authorization number

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.
