What materials are used for the artwork?

All of my original artworks are hand-drawn on black paper or canvas using gel pens and roll pens. Each one is made dot by dot—hours (or weeks) of focused patience and love go into every piece.

What makes them special isn’t just the technique, but the time, emotion, and thousands of tiny details layered into the work.

Prints are made on museum-quality canvas to ensure rich, lasting color. Whether you’re buying an original or an art print, you’re getting something real—crafted with care, intention, and heart.

Experience Fluorescence:
Some originals use UV-reactive pens that glow under blacklight. This magical effect is exclusive to the originals and can’t be replicated in prints.

How much time does it take to deliver?

SHIPPING:
India, US and EU: Orders usually arrive within 7–10 days.
Other Countries: Please allow 2–3 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services.

How will my package arrive?

FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
Attention: All original Jindots pieces are shipped unframed to avoid custom delays. If you'd like it shipped framed — please add our Framing Services to your order.

FOR CANVAS PRINTS:
Collectors from India will receive their canvas prints gallery-wrapped on a wooden frame, ready to hang.
For all other countries, the canvas will be shipped rolled in a protective tube. This can be stretched/framed locally.

Can I request a custom piece?

Totally! I take a few custom commissions every year. Hit me up through the Contact Page and share your vision. 

What's your refund policy?

I offer a 100% refund if your product arrives damaged. To claim it, please record a video while unboxing the package as proof. No returns for change of heart, since these are custom-made.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
