Q: Where do you ship?
Originals & Prints are shipped globally, but local regulations can vary for Wearables and Accessories. If your country restricts delivery, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Q: How long will delivery take?
Prints, Wearables and Accessories:
India, US, EU: 7 days
Other countries: 7-14 days

Original Artwork:
India, US, EU: 14 days
Other countries: 21 days

Packaging

Q: How are original shipped?
All original pieces are shipped unframed from to avoid customs delays. If you’d like a framed piece, you can add our Framing Service at checkout.

Q: How are prints shipped?
Canvas Prints are shipped wooden gallery-wrapped ready to hang. All other prints are shipped in a protective tube.

Q: How is everything else shipped?
With love, care and minimal packaging. We use high quality print partners and manufacturers across 85 different countries. This way, we try to get you most of your order printed locally or as close to you as possible.

Refunds & Returns

Q: What’s your refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund or a replacement if your item arrives damaged. To qualify, please record a video while unboxing your package as proof and contact us through the form or chat button on this website.

Please note:
Because each illustration is handmade, slight variations in color or brightness are normal. Prints on physical products cannot be replicated exactly like the originals and may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

At Jindots.com all our products (except original artwork) are made to order which means no dead stock and designs that are truly one of a kind for you.
